Returns & Refunds Policy

All NL products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal If you are based in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with EU consumer law. To exercise this right, contact us at loudog1898@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Items returned in a condition beyond what is necessary for inspection may be subject to a deduction of up to 50% of the item value to reflect diminished value. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

All Customers — Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

All other sales are final.
